About Me

I am Sangeeta Tongbram and I hail from the North-eastern state of Manipur. I was born on 1st June 1979. I am an Indian and my religion is Hinduism. I belong to a middle-class family. We are six siblings. I am the fourth one amongst the six of us. Since childhood, I was also very good at studies.

Before coming to Sikkim, I was working in the government sector. I left my job and came to Sikkim as my husband’s service was in Sikkim. Currently, I am working at King George School, Saramsa. I am happy with my job, my family and my friends.

I am also a very optimistic person. Every day, I try my best to create a very happy environment, full of a positive attitude. I believe that life is a series of ups and downs. We cannot avoid pain, but we can choose to overcome it.

I love to fill my life with new experiences and stories, so that I can tell my students, “A meaningful life is not being rich, being popular or being perfect. It is about being real, being humble, being able to share ourselves and touch the lives of others. Don’t wait for the perfect moment, but rather take the moment and make it perfect.”

Positive Mind. Positive Vibes. Positive Life.
